FAQ's
Here are some answers to questions we get asked all the time. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, don’t be shy—give us a shout via phone or email. We promise we don’t bite and are always ready to help!
Feeding time
We do not provide food for your dog. All dogs and parents have their own preferences. Please inform us of your dog's feeding requirements during the sniff out session and bring their food with you.
Unneutered dogs
We currently do not accept female dogs that are not spayed. Thank you for your understanding.
Puppies
Please note that all doggos must be over 12 months old to visit us. We appreciate your understanding and may introduce a special day for puppies in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
Vaccinations
To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all our furry guests, we require that all dogs visiting for daycare or boarding are fully up to date with their DHPPi and Lepto 2 vaccinations. Additionally, they must be current on worming and flea treatments. Please provide a photo of your dog's Health Care Card or bring it along to your sniff-out session. Thank you for helping us keep our pack healthy!
Boarding requirements
At our facility, we prioritize the comfort and happiness of your furry friends. For dogs staying with us for more than three nights, we require a trial stay to ensure they feel at home before you embark on your holiday. This also meets the government requirements for our future 5-star rating. Your pet's well-being is our top priority!
House rules
During their stay, your furry friends will be treated like family members, enjoying the comfort of our home, including the sofas. Whilst most areas are open for exploration, we can respect your house rules if you prefer. Just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate wishes!
Operating hours
Our operating hours are from 8 AM to 6 PM. For boarding, we will do our best to accommodate early drop-offs and late pickups if arranged in advance. For daycare, please note that while we cannot issue refunds for late drop-offs or early pickups, late charges of £5 per 15 minutes will apply. Thank you for your understanding!
